Gluten free, refined sugar free, vegan and dairy free. So you can eat all of them
Ingredients:
● 1.5 cups gluten free rolled oats
● ½ cup gluten free flour (I used Bob Red Mills 1:1 baking GF flour)
● ½ cup coconut sugar
● 1 tsp baking powder
● ¼ tsp salt
● ¼ cup melted coconut oil or neutral flavored oil
● 6 tablespoons plant based milk
● ¼ cup diary free choco chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In large bowl combine oats, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add oil and plant based milk and mix well.
Form dough into balls and then squish them down flat with hands. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bottom is golden brown.
